1. This Bingo Welcome Offer (the “Promotion”) runs from 00:00 UK time on 03.03.25 until 23:59 UK time on 01.06.25.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the "Website") who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years of age; and
3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

4. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.

HOW TO CLAIM THE BINGO WELCOME BONUS

5. To qualify and be able to claim the Bingo Welcome Bonus, Eligible Players must:
   • Log in to their Ladbrokes Account
   • Have made their first deposit of any amount into their account to qualify for this Bingo Welcome Bonus;
   • Spend €5 or more on Bingo Tickets. Advanced ticket sales will be considered for qualification for the day the Bingo game is completed.
6. Only real money Bingo ticket purchases will contribute towards the qualifying criteria. Using free Bingo tickets and real money purchases in the same transaction will not contribute towards the qualifying criteria. 
7. Once Eligible Players have completed the steps detailed at term 5, their account will be credited with a £25 Bingo Bonus. The Bonus can be accepted via inbox, pop-up message or via the Promotions tab of the Website account within 14 days of qualification. If the Bingo Bonus does not appear automatically, the Customer Services Team should be contacted.

BINGO WELCOME BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. The €25 Bingo Welcome Bonus must be accepted within 14 days of it becoming available in the Website account otherwise it will be forfeited and not reissued.
9. The Bingo Welcome Bonus carries Wagering Requirements. The Wagering Requirements for this Bingo Welcome Bonus are as follows:
A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 2 TIMES THE BINGO WELCOME BONUS AMOUNT = €50
10. Eligible Players will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings from the Bonus Balance wallet and the Pending Winnings wallet once they have satisfied the Wagering Requirements.
11. The Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Welcome Bonus must be met within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Bingo Bonus becomes active otherwise any funds sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
12. Whilst the funds in the Cash Balance wallet can be withdrawn at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst your Bonus is Active), you cannot withdraw any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
13. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Welcome Bonus.
14. The Bingo Welcome Bonus can only be used to purchase Bingo Tickets on the Bingo tab of ladbrokes.com. Any other use will not count towards the Bingo Welcome Bonus requirements.
15. The Bingo Welcome Bonus must be used and its Wagering Requirements completed within 30 days from when it is claimed.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
19. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
21. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions
